PRESIDENT/CEO
Darius Jordan
Darius Jordan has spent over 15 years building relationships within various public and private sector entities. He graduated from New Jersey City University with his Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
He has developed and coordinated opportunities primarily in Urban areas throughout NJ and is now expanding into the tri-state area.
Darius has helped cultivate teams to pursue a variety of technical and real estate-based projects. He has established strategic collaborations that have led to major revenue for small, medium and large companies.
With his many years of experience, Darius has been able to assist an assortment of clients with business development solutions and improved government relations.
VICE-PRESIDENT
Tina Blakey
Tina Blakey has over 20 years of experience in the retirement and financial industry. As Vice President, Tina plans, direct and coordinate operations in support of the company’s growth and management.
Tina utilizes her Business Management skills to oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning and goal-setting, and directs the operations of the company in support of its goals.
She also measures progress and adjustments accordingly. Tina is responsible for developing guidelines for business and personnel, record retention, creates policy and procedures, purchasing, administration, workflow database, research and financial aspects of McKinzy.
